Invoices, stock and reconciliation that run on schedule.

We connect the systems your operations already run on, so orders, shipments, invoices and stock agree without anyone copying data by hand, and exceptions reach a person before they become a problem.

Best for: Logistics, e-commerce, field service and project-based businesses whose numbers live in three or more tools.

What we build

Stock moves in one tool, invoices live in another, and the two only agree by hand. Nobody can see the day's real state without asking three people.

  • 01

    Reconciliation between systems

Shipments, orders and payments matched automatically, with every mismatch reported for review.

  • 02

    Invoicing on schedule

Invoices raised from approved project or board data and sent on their own schedule, with error-handling branches.

  • 03

    Stock kept in step

Stock levels kept in step across every place you sell, with reorder and exception alerts before a line runs empty.

  • 04

    Reports that build themselves

Scheduled reports, even from portals with no API, delivered to the people who need them.

How it works

Built inside the tools you already use. Each step has an owner, and the system tells a person when something needs them.

When something goes wrong: Records that do not match are flagged for a person with the record attached, never silently changed. Problem orders and overdue invoices go to a manager.

Month-end reconciliation, without the spreadsheet

Finance matched shipment and payment records by hand, about 20 hours every month, and unexplained differences kept surfacing in audits.

Monthly finance reconciliation went from about 20 hours to near zero, and the date-filter discrepancies have not come back.

Weekly reports from portals that have no API

The portals have no API, so someone signed in to each one, copied the data and built the report by hand.

A formatted weekly report arrives by email on schedule, with no manual pulling.

Questions about operations and admin

The workflow flags the mismatch to a named person with the records attached and keeps an audit trail. It does not overwrite your data to make the numbers agree.
