This page explains what DonDev does with information from this website: the enquiry form, call bookings, the AI chat, and optional visit analytics.

Enquiry form

When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email, the topic you chose, and anything optional you add (company, budget range, a description). We also record which page you started on, the referring website and any campaign tags in the link, so we know which pages help. The form is delivered to our team through our own automation (Make). We use it only to reply to you and to scope your project. No newsletter, and we do not sell or share your details.

Call bookings

Bookings are handled by Cal.com, which processes the name, email and notes you enter under its own privacy policy. Any campaign tags from the link you arrived on are passed to the booking so we know where it came from.

AI chat

The AI chat is provided by ElevenLabs. Nothing from ElevenLabs loads until you choose “Start chat”. Once you do, ElevenLabs processes your messages and may use its own storage. You can change this choice from “Chat preferences” in the footer.

Visit analytics (optional)

Analytics runs only after you choose “Allow”. You can decline and use the site normally. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals turn analytics off. Change your choice at any time from “Analytics preferences” in the footer; your choice is saved in this browser for 180 days, separately on each DonDev hostname.

Our own visit log records the time, website hostname, page path, referring website hostname, a broad device category, and the connecting IP address observed through Heroku. No query strings, search terms, names, emails, precise location or full user-agent strings are stored. An IP can belong to a VPN, shared network or proxy; we do not use it to identify you or perform external IP lookups. Records are kept in a private Upstash Redis database, IP fields are encrypted before storage, access requires the owner’s password, and records expire within seven days (detailed history is limited to 500 events per day). This visit log uses no cookies, cross-site identifiers or fingerprinting.

What we do not do

No advertising pixels, no selling or renting personal data, and no tracking before you choose. Hosting access logs are kept by our hosting provider separately from the choices above.
